Why companies hire independent thinkers, who are forced on the same mold with others?

Kimmo Huosionmaa

When somebody hires thinker, we normally believe that company wants new thoughts, but we forget one very important thing in the recruiting process. When some person is hired, the company owns the opinions of that hired person. And sometimes I have thought, that may be the reason for hiring independent thinkers is, that they might want to buy from public employee markets, and sometimes the reason for hire those persons might be close their mouth with confidentiality contracts, what denies to share information in public media.

Also hiring those persons might be meant for signal, that if somebody is the good boy and keep mouth shut and be like other persons, would that person make millions by following the leaders, and why that person must do anything else than money in the working life.  If the company has made millions by using some traditional method, why it must renew its methodology? In many recruiting notes are mentioned, that in the corporation would be hired the person, who has the capacity to think independently about things.

But when that person is hired, the company expects that person transfer to use the traditional methods. And sometimes that would feel very strange for some persons. And this is the very big problem in the academical work field. Sometimes I have thought that some of those companies are using those persons in their marketing data. Maybe that sounds good, that in those companies works many academical workers, and that would give the boost for marketing their products. And sometimes I have thought that some of those companies or organizations are trying to show, that their methods if working are better than universities.

They use this thing that some Ph. D is changed to use their methods for selling their way to operate. And in the business life, things are that what is right or wrong for companies depend on the opinion of the leaders of some company. This means, that if somebody is against the leaders of the methodology, what is chosen by the leaders of the company, would that henchman allowed to look for the new workplace. The culture in some companies is very old-fashion, and some of them are giving the training for some technologies like programming languages.

And those probably private sector actors are competitors for public sector actors like universities, what are giving also training for programming languages in their open universities. If some person chooses those open universities for their education, that would be off the private sector actors. But I think that the main purpose of hiring independent thinkers, what are forced to the same model as everybody else might be that those people want to silent. And that, of course, protects the persons, who make wrong decisions.

The keeping mouth shut would help the person to become the member of the elite leader's team, and of course, that elite would be protected by making high-school education paid because that would keep idealists and other persons out from the highest places in the companies. And who cares about pollution and another kind of things, because we all have limited time to live, and what happens after one hundred years has nothing to do with us, but our grandchildren and their children might have different opinions of that.

The hydrogen-burning supernovas are interesting models.

"Researchers discovered a significant magnesium anomaly in a meteorite’s dust particle, challenging current astrophysical models and suggesting new insights into hydrogen-burning supernovas. (Artist’s concept.)Credit: SciTechDaily.com" (ScitechDaily, Rare Dust Particle From Ancient Extraterrestrial Meteorite Challenges Astrophysical Models) If the star is too heavy when its fusion reaction starts, it can detonate just at that moment, when its fusion starts. If the collapsing nebula is heavy enough, it can form a black hole straight from the nebula. But if the nebula's gravity is too heavy to  form  the blue giant or too  small  it can collapse  straight  into a black hole . If  the forming star is a little bit larger than the blue supergiants. It can explode immediately when the fusion starts.    The theory of hydrogen-burning supernovas consists  model  of the giant stars that explode immediately after their fusion starts. When the...

The ancient galaxy mirrors the Milky Way.

"This image shows the galaxy REBELS-25 as seen by the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA), overlaid on an infrared image of other stars and galaxies. The infrared image was taken by ESO’s Visible and Infrared Survey Telescope for Astronomy (VISTA). In a recent study, researchers found evidence that REBELS-25 is a strongly rotating disc galaxy existing only 700 million years after the Big Bang. This makes it the most distant and earliest known Milky Way-like galaxy found to date. Credit: ALMA (ESO/NAOJ/NRAO)/L. Rowland et al./ESO/J. Dunlop et al. Ack.: CASU, CALET" (ScitechDaily, Astronomers Baffled by Ancient Galaxy That Mirrors Modern Milky Way) Researchers found the youngest Milky Way-type galaxy. The distance to the galaxy is enormous. And the light that comes from that galaxy named REBELS-25 comes from the Universe that is only 700 million years old. The distance to that galaxy is enormous about 236 billion light years. And that means it's a very dista...

Transcendence, or the ability to transcendent thinking may grow in teen's brains.

"New research has discovered that transcendent thinking, which involves analyzing the broader implications of situations, can foster brain growth in adolescents. This form of thinking enhances brain network coordination, impacting developmental milestones and future life satisfaction. The study emphasizes the need for education that encourages deep, reflective thought, underscoring the critical role of adolescents in their own brain development". (ScitechDaily, Scientists Discover That “Transcendent” Thinking May Grow Teens’ Brains) "Scientists at  USC Rossier School of Education’s Center for Affective Neuroscience, Development, Learning and Education (CANDLE) have discovered that adolescents who grapple with the bigger meaning of social situations experience greater brain growth, which predicts stronger identity development and life satisfaction years later". (ScitechDaily, Scientists Discover That “Transcendent” Thinking May Grow Teens’ Brains) The transcendenc...
